CURT stands for the Compassionate Use Registry of Texas. CURT is an online system provided by DPS and used by Qualified physicians to input and manage low-THC prescriptions. Dispensaries use the CURT system to search for the patient’s information before filling any related prescriptions.
Patients may get low-THC cannabis prescribed if:
1. You are a permanent resident of Texas. 2. You have one of the qualifying conditions listed above. 3. A qualified registered physician prescribes and decides the benefits outweighs the risk. 4. Greenabis only prescribes to patients 18 years of age and older.
