Our practice is on a membership basis.
New Patient Evaluation
$195
ONE-TIME
The New Patient Evaluation consists of an evaluation by a state-certified physician. We will review your medical records and discuss the symptoms you are experiencing. Then, we will create a Medical Cannabis Treatment Plan that will help improve your quality of life.
Monthly Memberships
$39
MONTHLY
Memberships cover all costs for follow-up visits and treatment plan adjustments throughout the year.
Re-Evaluation
$95
ANNUALLY
The state of Texas requires patients to be re-evaluated every 12 months. We will notify you to schedule your re-evaluation and discuss new treatment programs.
Member Visits And Cancellations
At Greenabis, we value your business and care greatly about your quality of life. It’s important to us that we can provide personalized care for each of our patients. In order for us to do that, it is crucial that once scheduled, you promptly notify our office of any change in your appointment needs.
Cancellation Fee
$45
Once your appointment is scheduled, we have a policy to assess a cancellation fee of $45 for evaluations and $20 for follow-ups to reserve your appointment. This fee is applied to your first visit.
No Charge Cancellation
If you notify us within 24 hours of your appointment time that you need to cancel, you will not be charged a fee.
